From its humble beginnings on the Santa Monica Pier, the company has grown to a 60,000 square foot, state-of-the-art, temperature-controlled plant in nearby Rancho Dominguez.
A family-owned business, Santa Monica Seafoods management realizes that sourcing and selling sustainable seafood is the key to the companys future. Thats why Santa Monica Seafood has partnered with the Monterey Bay Aquariums Seafood Watch program in an effort to increase its purchases of sustainable seafood. In addition to processing and distributing, Santa Monica Seafood imports a wide variety of seafood products from around the world.
