ABOUT

Established in 1941 by Frank Dulcich and his son Dominic as a small fresh seafood retail counter operation, Pacific Seafood has grown to become one of the largest vertically integrated group of companies in North America. Now under the leadership of Dominc's grandson, Frank Dominic Dulcich, the company has increased efficiencies throughout its harvesting, aquaculture, processing distribution and transportation companies in Alaska, Washington, Oregon, California, Nevada, Idaho, Montana, Texas, Arizona, Utah, British Columbia, and Chile

HISTORY
The Dulcich family knew their company would only survive if they worked harder than their competition. From its humble beginnings in 1941, Pacific Seafood has grown to employ over 2500 people at over 35 facilities, with processing and distribution facilities in seven states. Although the company has grown in size, it is still family-owned and family-focused while always being dedicated to delivering the best seafood products and the best customer service anywhere.

Frank Dominic Dulcich, a third-generation company leader, serves as the current president and CEO of Pacific Seafood Group. With more than 25 years of industry experience, Dulcich has grown Pacific Seafood’s distribution and processing capabilities to meet the demands of an expanding customer base providing choice seafood products both nationally and internationally. Dulcich developed the company’s Diamond Philosophy which guides Pacific Seafood’s overall business practices.

THE DIAMOND PHILOSOPHY
The Diamond Philosophy supports the company’s main goal of Operational Excellence fueling its sustainable efforts, advances in innovation and customer relations. According to Dulcich, the company’s continued growth is due to the “loyalty of Pacific Seafood’s customers and the commitment of its team members to consistently do their best and always strive to do better.” A past Chairman and current member of the Young Presidents’ Organization, he is also an active member of C.E.O. and serves on the executive committee and board for the National Fisheries Institute.
