of subscriber status by FishChoice Inc. and may result if legal action by the organization(s)

FishWise
Members of FishWise should consult with FishWise for use of the name FishWise in
any way and may already have certain name use privileges governed by the membership
agreement entered into with FishWise. The membership agreement signed with FishWise
supersedes anything agreed to in this disclaimer and pertains only to FishWise.
Marine Stewardship Council
If the product information is referring to a seafood product that comes from a fishery
that is independently certified as sustainable under the criteria developed and
governed by the Marine Stewardship Council (MSC), the company/companies listed have
been independently certified for Chain of Custody under criteria developed and governed
by the Marine Stewardship Council. FishChoice.com is not the official record keeping
body for information regarding these Chain of Custody certifications. If you need
current information regarding a specific company's Chain of Custody certificate
or a specific fisheries certification, you must contact MSC directly.
Products that carry the Marine Stewardship Council (MSC) certification and logo
have been independently certified by a third party certifier to meet the criteria
developed and governed by the MSC. You may not use the MSC logo or make any mention
of MSC certification without holding a Chain of Custody certification. Following
certification, you must also obtain a logo license from Marine Stewardship Council
International, the MSC's trading company. These certifications can be obtained by
contacting the MSC for further information.
